2. Description of Services & Limits

ProspectFlows provides an AI-powered local business lead generation tool that pulls public profiles from Google Maps, scans associated websites for public contact information, and assists users with digital outreach templates.

Usage Quotas: Free user accounts are limited to a maximum of three (3) searches. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent this limit is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent service termination.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited activities:

• You must comply with all B2B email marketing laws in your local jurisdiction (including the US CAN-SPAM Act, the European GDPR, and local telemarketing rules).
• You agree not to use our email outreach features or generated lists to distribute spam, malware, phishing campaigns, or unsolicited promotional blasts to non-consenting recipients.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, systematically crawl, scrape, or extract databases from ProspectFlows without our written authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

The ProspectFlows website, codebase, visual layout, animations, graphics, logos, and proprietary algorithms are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform for personal or business outreach purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProspectFlows compiles business contacts from public web resources. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, validity, deliverability, or completeness of the email addresses, telephone numbers, and business metrics retrieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProspectFlows shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including bouncing outreach campaigns, email domain suspension, loss of sales, or data breaches.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ProspectFlows after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
